General Refund Policy

Acceptance or registration on a MCSA team confirms a player’s commitment to the team, and the fees associated with membership for a full year or season depending on the program. Any adjustment or refund of Fees will be determined on a case by case basis by MCSA Board of Directors. Refunds or Fee adjustments will not be provided due to weather. We will do our best to reschedule and play as many games as possible each season. Administrative fees may apply.

Refunds are available if requested before the season begins. Families who withdraw before the registration deadline are eligible for a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee. Those who withdraw after the deadline but before the season starts may receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once the season begins, except in cases of significant injury or family relocation.  Any adjustment or refund of Registration Fees will be determined on a case by case basis by MCSA Board of Directors. Administrative fees may apply. 

Refunds will be provided in the same manner in which payment was made and by check if payment was made via cash or check or was made more than 60 days ago. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will appear on your credit card statement as a credit.

Significant Injury

Should a significant injury occur that results in a substantial loss of play, initiate a review of the player’s Registration Fee by emailing the Board at info@martincountysoccer.org.  A significant injury is defined as an injury that results in a player not being able to participate in team activities for more than a five week timeframe. In order for your request to be considered, you must submit a doctor's note.

Relocation

Consideration for relocations outside the general Martin/Beaufort/Bertie/Washington County area will be given. Please email the Board with specific circumstances to begin a review.
